Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities/Job Duties

    The Provider Enrollment Manager will assist the Company's Legal Department by compiling, submitting and tracking Medicare, Medicaid and private payer provider applications as well as re-validations and re-credentialing applications. In addition, the Provider Enrollment Manager may be asked to work with the Licensing Department to complete facility licensure applications
  • Ability to work with people across multiple disciplines to obtain information needed to compile and submit complete and accurate provider applications and renewals
  • Coordinate and maintain a tracking system for provider contracts and re-validation, re-credentialing and enrollment applications and correspondence
  • Revalidate and re-certify business via application
  • M&A integration, work with seller to ensure correct entity enrollment and to prevent lapse in billing
  • Answer field questions about ownership surveys/legal entities/sanctions
  • Supervises the provider enrollment specialist
  • Adherence to Company and governmental guidelines with respect to confidential and protected health information.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • General Education Diploma or High School Diploma required
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Twp plus years of experience required
  • Familiarity with government regulations and legal research
  • Knowledge of the Medicaid and Medicare programs
