Raytheon Technologies Property Administrator Team Lead in Louisville, Kentucky

The Exportable Combat Training Center (XCTC) has a requirement for a Team Leader 1: Property Administrator. In performance of this job, this position manages property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government, and company property in accordance with applicable government regulations or corporate policy. Duties include, but are not limited to •Performs all aspects of administrative and technical property administration and coordination work (e.g., Hand Receipts, scheduling, inventory management, storage management, cataloging, property utilization, sub-contractor hand receipts, LTDDs, disposition) related to depot, local, or other supply activities.
•Maintains property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment.
•Contacts potential users and negotiates transfers.
•Manages LTDDs and arranges for disposal of damaged or obsolete material/equipment in accordance to the FAR policy throughout assigned efforts.
•Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the inventory schedules for all property and material; to include subcontractor inventory schedules and compliance assigned to the sites.
•Performs planning, scheduling, and coordination for the movement of materials and equipment to support periodic XCTC rotations, logistic needs within Maximo and through other transportation means.
•Responsible for the accuracy of supply records in MAXIMO.
•Responsible for actions pertaining to Return To Vendor (RTV). Work within a framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures, or other governing supply administration guidelines.
•Must comply with ITARs requirements for all CONUS movements as well as coordination of receiving from our Depot Warehouse (WSC-L) Provide guidance and training to site personnel as required.
Description and Responsibilities:
•Occasional travel to multiple locations
•Performs routine inspections of property records to ensure 100% accountability
•Coordinates staffing support and schedules for all property audits and inventories
•Ensures completion of property management training by all new hires and annual refresher training for existing staff members supporting the XCTC program
•Oversee the roll-out and operation of an automated asset management system and support all client and vendor requests related to this capability
•Provide briefings and demonstration support to client visits and meetings
•Provide lessons learned and recommendations for continual improvement of exercise support capabilities, effectiveness and efficiency
•Minimum 2 years-experience working in a warehouse setting, including 2 years leadership experience
•Familiarity with military training systems/events and U.S. Army property accountability procedures
•Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation compliance requirements for property management systems
Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field OR Military experience may substitute for some requirements. Military technical certification credit for military experience (* military personnel who have been formally trained or have relevant experience obtained while in service versus civilian training)
•Working knowledge of Maximo MIS
•NPMA Certification (CPPS, CPPA, CPPM)
