Responsibilities for the Prep Cook position would include:
Keeping walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
Understanding proofing and bread rotation
Understanding and following proper safety and sanitation practices
Following storage and rotation procedures
Demonstrating teamwork
Understanding and following prep sheets
Using and following Jaggers recipes
