Job Description:*Physical Therapist PRNPRN, Day ShiftSign On Bonus Available*The staff physical therapist shall evaluate and treat patients; develop a treatment plan; and set goals for patients. Opportunities available in various settings such as Outpatient Orthopedics, Neuro Rehab, and Acute Inpatient care. Patient and family education is included in the treatment plan and goals. The PT will complete all documentation as outlined in the policy and procedures to be in compliance with all insurance and regulatory entities.
