Pay Rate: $21/hr - $25/hr

What’s a typical day as Patient Care Representative? You’ll be:

• Processing chargebacks for all customers

• Manage invoicing and finance management for all customers

• Contribute to cash applications and processing

• Suppiles aging reports as needed for customers

• Validates contract pricing, units of measure and licensure with applicable systems

• Maintain current contact documentation within CRM related to customer accounts

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Possess two (2) years of work experience in billing and/or invoicing

• Have one (2) year of work experience providing customer service to internal and external parties

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook

• Demonstrates strong data and information analysis

Preferred qualifications include:

• ERP/Billing software, D365/Realsoft experience

• Knowledge of CRM and cloud-based software
