We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist - Primary Care Services who will report to the CAO and be responsible for facilitating the new hire experience from the point of hire to the time by which the employee is ready for training in their new role within the organization. This position will work as an interconnected team member of the critical divisions with Brightspring to streamline a collaborative workflow between them and the Primary Care Division to create an efficient and effective onboarding experience.
- Completes all preparation for first day as applicable: obtain badges, other related and applicable business needs, put together new hire welcome packets and materials, Orientation manuals, provide correspondence to new hires, and hiring managers
- Works with operations to complete and deliver training schedule to new hire
- Coordinates with IT and management on hardware and software requirements for employee
- This includes processing the appropriate requests via IT Service Now, ensuring access to critical applications is successful such as Kronos, ADP, Reach, Cornerstone, Aprima, Carelink, etc.
- Ensures new hire receives and responds to Benefits request, if appropriate for employment status
- Ensures new hire receives all necessary information regarding training schedule and all arrangements are finalized well in advance
- Facilitates credentialing requirement needs as required are completed and delivered to Credentialing team
- Leads digital new hire orientation
- Main point of contact for new hire, communicating any changes with the company: new locations, address changes, granting and removing access, and ordering supplies
- Monitors and responds to HR and employee inquiries, utilize ADP/Enterprise data to assign inquiries to the appropriate HR areas
- Directs employees on how to update their information in Employee Self Service, and device log in support
- Maintains the editing of job templates, in collaboration with the Compensation Department, recruiter, and HRBP
- Participates in special projects/recruiting initiatives, while delivering best practices and innovation in research and sourcing techniques to help support recruiting talent
- Supports the offboarding process for employees
- Assists in sourcing of candidates on a "as-needed" basis
- Establishes effective relationships with internal clients, candidates, HR Business Partners, and the Talent Acquisition Team
- Other duties as assigned
- Associates degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or recruiting
- Experience in establishing high standards of service delivery to customers and clients
- Proven track record of managing process flows
- Honesty and high integrity, with excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong presentation and written communication skills with an attention to detail
- Knowledge of HR and EEOC policies is helpful
- Ability to react quickly and with a sense of urgency to requests, issues, e-mails, or other events in a timely and flexible fashion
