Dismas Maintenance Worker in Louisville, Kentucky
This is a job for a Maintenance Worker position with the company located in the Louisville, KY area.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the maintenance of the physical plant including furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Repair, replace, or build to the satisfaction of the supervisor, any item in need of repair or found while performing other repairs. This includes all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry problems. All maintenance work that involves the use of tools, solvents, paints, or other chemicals must be used in accordance with all current OSHA regulations. Storage of all items must comply with OSHA directives. All regulations pertaining to the work performed on or around electricity must also be within current guidelines. Preventative maintenance is a continuing pursuit of the maintenance department. While in the facility, all maintenance personnel are to keep a watchful eye for any possible problems that could affect the safety, operation, or aesthetics of that facility. If the repair cannot be made at that time, it is to be brought to the attention of the supervisor of Director as soon as possible. Responsible for all duties as may be assigned by the Director or designee.
Qualifications:
Position will require some traveling to out-of-town centers.
