We give you the skills you need to advance in your career!Ask us about our Skills Progression Program!Starting Rate: $18.00/hourHere's a Glimpse at What you'll Do:As a Rolling Machine Operator at Lantech, you will:Will be running a rolling machine to specified diameters for angle and flat bar.Cutting finished rolled material to specific length after rolling.Using a drill press to drill and ream holes to designated size.Follow standardized work to ensure safety, quality and productivity goals are met.Stand 9-10 hours per day.Occasionally lift loads up to 50 lbs.What are we Looking For? (Requirements)We are look for someone who:Is able to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.Focused on work with a high commitment to achieving quality and scheduling goalsIs detail-oriented and be able to work effectively within a production environment.Experience with any type of metal working machine is a plusAbility to self-identify problems and support problem solving / solutionsIs customer focused with a strong commitment to the production schedule.Has proven experience using band saw and drill press (strongly preferred).Is willing/able to work overtime to complete project and/or meet scheduling deadlines.Is capable of lifting loads up to 50 lbs.Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
