Job Title: Machine Operator

4 Day work schedule:

2nd Shift: 3pm-1am Mon-Thurs $21/HR

Job Description

Seeking a Machine Operator who is keen to learn operating a CNC machine. While some prior CNC experience is beneficial, candidates with strong mechanical skills, excellent dexterity, and experience with air tools and pneumatic guns are preferred. Proficiency in using computers or smartphones is crucial as the machine is operated via a controls monitor. Post-training, the operator is expected to meet daily production targets. Ideal candidates will have experience in a production environment rather than custom manufacturing.

This is a fully on-site position in Louisville, Kentucky.

Work Environment

The work area is climate-controlled with air conditioning. The department consists of 25 employees, with 6 to 8 on the second shift. There are 7 working centers with Borghi brand machines.
