Aerotek Liquid Operator in Louisville, Kentucky

Job Description:

-Liquid Operator is responsible for producing specific products according to approved formulations and procedures while meeting production goals within the Production process area

-Operate the cartridge / line filters and maintain filtration log

-Maintain cook sheets during processing

-Mass meter operation

-Control panel operation

-Responsible for housekeeping and sanitation of the liquid production area

-Responsible for preventive maintenance of liquid production equipment

-Work in a team environment and cooperate with co-associates and leadership

-Issue materials and complete work orders in E1 system.

-Actively participate in the Quality Improvement Process.

-Monitor the SO2 Scrubber

-Troubleshoot issues with typical liquid operations

-Create maintenance work orders and / or call in maintenance for equipment breakdowns

-Apply fittings and steam lines to syrup railcars

-Properly document incoming raw materials

-Manually transfer finished product and / or raw materials using pumps or air pressure

-Safely operate pressure vessels and critical equipment
