How you Will make a difference
Build online courses and provide guidance on the integration and use of technology.
Collaborate with a multifunctional team of Stakeholders, subject matter experts, learning designers, multimedia developers, graphic designers, web developers, and more to create cutting-edge learning experiences.
Responsible for guiding the team in technology-related decisions, integrating technology, building the end learning product, and conducting quality assurance and functionality testing.
What you Need to make a Difference
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Learning and Development, or a related field required.
At least three (3) to five (5) years of learning and development experience required.
Training, learning, or talent development certification preferred.
Experience in training or learning and development in healthcare is highly desirable.
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
Experience integrating learning tools, building online courses, and evaluating and testing technological solutions.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives, as well as design and implement effective training and development.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with an LMS and the related learning administrative environment.
Advanced knowledge in educational technology tools and systems.
Experience with learning management systems such as: Cornerstone, Skillsoft, Blackboard, and other technical learning platforms for multiple users.
Experience with software applications such as Photoshop, Premiere, Captivate, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Audition.
Ability to effectively work with a multifunctional and geographically dispersed team.
Passionate about digitally-enabled learning and eager to grow and learn.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
