Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Technology Leadership Professional in Louisville, KY.Duties: Work with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Perform various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Support product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensure production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interact with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams toanalyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Advise executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance. Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks.100% telecommuting permitted within the U.S.Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or related field, plus 6 years of experience as a Project Delivery Manager or related role.This role requires 6 years of experience with each of the following:• Delivering platform and product architecture for enterprise scale solutions in cloud environments;• Understanding of full tech stack and experience with architectural design patterns including micro services, APIs, and event-driven data flows; and• Conceptual understanding of technology architecture trends and direction, and technical mastery of digital technologies and frameworks.Pre-employment drug screen and background check required. 40 hours/week.
