SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
Delegates Duties and assign responsibilities to staff
Investigate incidents and/or customer complaints, compiling data for accurate reporting
Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed and monitored during the shift.
May answer incoming calls to the facility and direct calls or answer patron questions.
May be asked to operate a company vehicle and/or equipment that require a valid Driver’s License.
Other duties as assigned.
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
Maintain interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.
Oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of the Emergency Disaster Plan Manual.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Racing License
