Description
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for leading the daily operation of Cage and Player
Assist in development of Team Members and participates in the coaching & retention
Responsible for guest service, relations and disputes to assure that our guests have a favorable gaming
Ensure safety and security of team members and
Delegates duties and assigns responsibilities to Team
Abide by and ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed to safeguard the gaming facilities assets and
Review Cage activities and marketing promotions with Cage & Player Services Leadership Team, then communicate and implement with frontline Team Members.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or GED
1-3 years of experience in a cashier/banking environment is preferred
1-2 years of leadership experience
Able to obtain a state-issued racing license.
