Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Hardware Technician to help with receiving, diagnosing, repairing, and logging hardware issues for one of our major IT clients. In this role, you will be supporting the Louisville, Kentucky location and will be using lab equipment to repair damaged/ malfunctioning equipment. This hands-on position will utilize skills in wiring, soldering, and other lab practices to fix equipment.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of professional work experience diagnosing hardware devices

• Strong ability to assess the cause of asset failure and document autonomously

• Ability to follow diagnosis/ operating procedures

• Familiarity with lab equipment with basic soldering and wiring abilities - Experience with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

• Experience repairing cameras and sensors null
