Trilogy Health Services Division Business Development in Louisville, Kentucky

What You Can Expect:

Here we grow again! We are excited to announce the job opening for a Regional Sales & Marketing Director for our CentralIndiana Division. The Regional Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing, sales, occupancy goals and PR program for our northern Indiana campus locations. Oversees and coordinates marketing plan, budget and competitive analysis within assigned division in Louisville and Lexinton, Kentucky.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supports the full continuum of Trilogy senior living communities, including independent living, assisted living, specialized memory care and skilled services.
  • Builds and leads a dynamic sales team to achieve occupancy, move-in and revenue targets for the division.
  • Coaches team on how to develop and maintain relationships with and generate leads through residents, family, and professional referral sources. Is comfortable utilizing social media in this regard.
  • Oversees the marketing & sales business plans including cluster marketing strategies and PR campaigns.
  • Maintains regular, ongoing contact with high level referral sources through personal visits, telephone calls, and written materials, as well as any other means which will significantly attract potential patients and business.
  • Ensures onsite marketing support to facilities with occupancy challenges, if applicable.
  • Leads business development efforts in new markets.
  • Partners with Divisional Vice President to support overall operational success.
  • Ensures execution of standards and strategies to support occupancy goals.
  • Interprets trending and statistical data including but not limited to conversion reports, referral trends and market share analysis to drive successful business plans.
  • Travels frequently including overnight stays as necessary.

You would be a great fit for our team if you have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field from a four-year college or university, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong Sales Experience in Assisted Living and Independent Living.

Experience:

  • Five (5) years marketing/sales experience. Healthcare, senior living industry or long-term care environment preferred.
  • Mulit-campus experience.
  • Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
