TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Louisville, Kentucky

TEKsystems is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to work with a well-known, national financial services company in the Louisville, KY area! If you have 2+ years of call center/customer service experience and are looking to get experience from a great company - apply today!

  • Pay: $20.00/hour

  • Shift: Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:00pm (must have flexibility to work until 6pm at times)

  • In-office position: Office is located in Louisville, KY

Job Description:

  • Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and through a chat forum to tax clientele

  • Provide account details, articulate product information, and promote programs to clients

  • Handle upwards of 50 phone calls per day

  • Perform outbound calls regarding tax campaigns to existing customers

  • Complete customer request forms

  • Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining accuracy

  • N avigate through system applications to obtain and provide accurate account information

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a call center environment

  • Computer literacy and data entry skills

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Reliable - able to work in-office 5 days a week

  • Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets is preferred, not required

  • Experience in a financial or banking environment is preferred, not required
