Do you have Call Center experience within the Healthcare Industry? Do you enjoy helping customers? We have a great Customer Service opportunity for you with a leading company in the Pharmaceutical Industry. This is a 4 to 6 month opportunity. Initial training 100% onsite with opportunity to WFH once training is fully mastered. Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-7:00pm (8 hour shift to be determined once training is completed). Possible Temp to Hire! Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 plus years of Customer Service experience

• Previous call center experience preferred.

• Previous healthcare experience desired

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Able to type 35 wpm or greater.

• Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required within the first 30 days of employment.

salary: $15 - $17 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.

• Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.

• Provide accurate information to the caller.

• Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.

• Resolve the callers' needs.

• Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.

• Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.

• Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
