Position Summary

Provide customer service, to include order entry, order assistance, and web site support, via web chat, phone calls, or internal communication.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via web chat, phone and/or email

• Assist in the preparation of reports and recording keeping regarding E-Commerce sales.

• Assist sales representative in expediting and follow-up of orders.

• Assist with incoming customer calls by directing them to the appropriate individual or department needed to resolve problems or complaints.

• Provide support to the sales staff in its effort to give customers the best possible quality and service.

• Quality Responsibility: Responsible for providing error-free work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position.

  Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook

• Experience with ERP system, preferred.

• Able to work in a high-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• 2 or 4 year degree, or equivalent experience, required.

• Speak conversational English.
