Do you have Call Center experience within Healthcare Industry? Do you enjoy helping customers? We have a great Customer Service opportunity for you with a leading company in the Pharmaceutical Industry. This is a 6 month possible Temp to Hire opportunity. Flexible work schedule and initial training onsite then WFH. Shifts: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (training) permanent schedule to be determined after training. Job Requirements/Previous Experience:

• Previous call center experience preferred.

• Previous healthcare experience desired

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Able to type 35 wpm or greater.

salary: $12 - $17 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.

• Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.

• Provide accurate information to the caller.

• Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers

• Resolve the callers' needs.

• Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.

• Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.

• Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
