The ideal candidate has previous experience as an Operations Assistant or experience in a related position. This position is located in the East End of Louisville. Position is hybrid, working from home 2 days a week. Position is temporary to hire. Pay is between $20-$23/hour. Qualifications: - Experience handling order processing for a distribution company is a plus - Must have accounting experience in A/P , A/R or billing - Experience working with purchase orders is helpful - High School Diploma or GED - MS Office proficient

salary: $20 - $23 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Will handle purchase orders from generation to submittal to the client

• Will build the purchase orders in the Order Management System

• Verify the customer information and pricing and ensure quantities are the same with the shipping system

• Enter orders into system

• Will be a liaison between customer and company

• Will verify and reconcile financial information

• Problem solve account and billing problems
