Humana Inc. seeks a Business Intelligence Engineer 2 in Louisville, KY.Duties: - Provide analytics support for our business partners. - Utilize advanced analytics tools to produce business intelligence deliverables (such as interactive dashboards) to assist our stakeholders in making data-driven strategy decisions.- Solve complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. - Describe the tools, technologies, applications, and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data to create insightful and actionable business information. -Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.100% Telecommuting permitted within the U.S.Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or related roles.Requires 2 years of experience with:-dashboarding and presenting data;-SQL or SAS, or Python;-Excel;- analyzing data.Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
