Description100% RemoteThis role focuses on reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs. The role will document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.Essential DutiesResponsible for performing detailed requirements, documenting processes, prioritizing work assignments and performing user acceptance criteria for the payments and information systems testing.Responsible for troubleshooting, identify gaps, utilizing existing systems/processes to track and identify security risks and vulnerabilitiesAssisting in evolving team processes and driving continuous improvement based on experience in successful delivery in Agile teams.Contributing to the future roadmaps and planning based on industry experience and insights ? Leading the change management and release process for products the team develops based on ITIL and company best practicesHelping to establish a strong purpose and sense of urgency within the team in order to deliver projects on timeMaintaining alignment between the Product Management, Program Management, the Development Teams, and Customer ServiceMaintaining documentation related to project progress and compliance reporting for PCI, SOX, and FFIEC auditsServing as an expert for the compliance teams as needed in the areas of transaction processing, chargebacks, case management, and merchant reportingWill collaborate with outside vendors as a company liaison as needed to ensure company standards are maintained in processesWill assist with other teams to maintain compliance with various organizations to include PCI, SOX, etc. as neededWill validate and coordinate release processes and utilize data analysis tools (MSSQL, MS Access, Others)Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree - Computer Science - Engineering2 + years in a Business Analyst role, Product Owner, or similar roles in card processing industryProficient and have demonstrable Leadership and Teamwork skills2 + years of agile methodologies and (LEAN, AGILE (SCRUM and SAFE) with Waterfall project management methodologyDemonstrated ability to presentation and facilitatePreferred QualificationsCertified Business Analyst Professional certificationProject Management Professional certificationCertified Scrum Product OwnerEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
