Job Description:

The Audit Learning Manager will work closely with business leaders, Talent Solutions team members and other firm personnel to support the development and execution of the Audit learning strategy and curriculum. This individual will provide insight and expertise on the full spectrum of learning including needs analysis, adult learning theory, learning trends /leading practices, and learning analytics/measurement. Proactively organizes and prioritizes work of internal and external teams and manage relationships with a diverse team of partners and customers.

The Audit Learning Manager's primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Learning Business Partner Supporting Audit

  • Serve as the main learning point of contact for the Audit Organizational Change Management and Learning Assistant Director to coordinate all stakeholders from the learning team to efficiently develop and implement desired learning programs for Audit
  • Participates in business stakeholder meetings at the direction of the Audit Organizational Change Management and Learning Assistant Director
  • Gain an understanding of the Audit business strategy to support the comprehensive learning strategy
  • Utilize leading, modern learning practices to support business goals, KPIs, and other key metrics
  • Leverage data to inform Audit decisions related to relentless prioritization, gap identification and future state planning

Learning Curriculum Management and Design

  • Creatively apply extensive knowledge of business and organizational acumen to develop innovative and engaging learning programs
  • Oversee the development of curriculum in a particular field of study or subject area
  • Provide consulting, and/or project management of learning programs
  • Work closely with the learning design team to develop products, achieve cost and quality targets and ensure on-time delivery
  • Oversee and manage large in-person and/or virtual training events, including multiple stakeholders

Client Work

  • Partner closely with key business leaders for program design, development, and implementation of solutions
  • Effectively communicate to align stakeholders, provide leadership updates, and seek to understand learning challenges
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the assigned projects

Project Management & Communications

  • Effectively utilizes best practice project management strategies and solutions to lead the solution design, development, and delivery with cross-functional and firmwide teams
  • Uses excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups and achieve the desired project outcome
  • Manage the Audit Curriculum specialist and other learning team members to design and deliver Audit learning activities.
  • Escalate Audit learning risks and issues to the Audit Organizational Change Management and Learning Assistant Director, and learning prioritization to the Learning Strategy Leader

  • Ability to successfully manage and meet multiple, simultaneous project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Develops and maintains partnerships with functions and groups within Crowe
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while demonstrating the initiative to complete projects with minimum supervision
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and solid working knowledge of Office 365
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
  • Ability to create products with extremely high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to develop and edit content according to specific clients' needs

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required, CPA preferred but not required
  • Experience in a professional services or corporate business environment
  • Demonstrated performance in learning program strategy, design and implementation; successfully led and delivered large scale strategic solutions within organizations
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; experience developing strategic communication plans and utilizing multiple communication channels required
  • Demonstrated success in project leadership, program implementation, and managing others
  • Proven success at building credibility quickly at all levels of the organization
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, presentation, critical thinking, problem solving and written and oral communication skills
  • Understanding and application of learning theory and instructional design.
  • Knowledge of National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) continuing professional education (CPE) requirements and standards preferred

Position-Specific Qualifications

  • Provides thought leadership on modern learning practices and learning technologies (e.g., AI, Digital Adoption Tools, In-the-flow-of- work learning) and the impact it has on how we'll need to adjust our learning strategies and approaches
