Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team based in Louisville, Kentucky. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be tasked with managing customer credit applications, maintaining precise records, and handling customer inquiries. This role also includes overseeing customer accounts and taking appropriate measures when required. This position presents a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and process customer credit applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records with high accuracy

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them promptly

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed

• Ensure accurate billing and cash applications

• Perform account reconciliation tasks

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks

• Handle cash collections and commercial collections effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

• Must have knowledge in Billing procedures

• Familiarity with Cash Applications is a must

• Experience in Cash Collections is needed

• A background in Commercial Collections is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

• Experience with Oracle software is an advantage

• Knowledge of QuickBooks is beneficial

• Familiarity with SAP software is preferred.
