Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. As an integral part of our team, you will be involved in maintaining accurate customer records, processing customer applications, and handling customer inquiries. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle account reconciliation to ensure accurate records

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including billing and cash applications

• Address customer inquiries related to their accounts

• Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks

• Conduct cash collections and commercial collections as necessary

• Participate in the maintenance of accurate customer credit records

• Work closely with the team to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Process customer credit applications efficiently and accurately

• Ensure all customer records are up-to-date and accurate

• Use your skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, Cash Collections, and Commercial Collections to effectively perform your duties. Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation

• Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing processes

• Knowledge and understanding of Cash Applications

• Experience in Cash Collections

• Expertise in Commercial Collections

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in using Oracle for financial transactions

• Knowledge of QuickBooks software

• Experience in SAP for managing business operations and customer relations

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field is preferred.
