About the RoleDo you enjoy developing new products and services? Join us! Our Software Engineers work in an agile, collective environment. You will be using your skills and expertise to define, design, develop, test, certify and improve cutting-edge software products. These cover a very wide range from advanced mission payloads and electronic systems through highly integrated aircraft to orbital and space exploration systems. You'll perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and software throughout our development process. Your technical duties involve the design and development of new software products throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead innovative ML strategies with a strong emphasis on the operational aspects of machine learning systems, ensuring robust deployment and lifecycle management aligned with MLOps best practices.
Oversee the construction and management of automated ML pipelines and lead the process of bringing complex models from development into production.
Act as a bridge between data science, engineering, and DevOps, fostering a culture of collaboration in the deployment and maintenance of ML systems.
Pioneer the automation of model training, evaluation, and deployment processes, establishing strong mechanisms for monitoring model performance in production.
Evaluate and incorporate new technologies and frameworks to enhance the operational efficiency of the ML development lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related discipline and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Understanding of Computer Aided Engineering tools
Practical knowledge of engineering principles and practices
Experienceworking in multi-disciplinary teams
The ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning model development and deployment in production settings.
Expertise in MLOps frameworks and practices, with in-depth knowledge of cloud services and orchestration tools.
Masterful in coding in the Python programming language.
Superior understanding of the challenges associated with deploying and managing ML systems in large-scale environments.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven record of steering model deployment initiatives successfully.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrated experience briefing technical subjects to both technical and non-technical people and delivering key messages and insights from analysis products
