Our Finance Development Program (FDP) is a 2-year comprehensive rotational program that offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various finance functions within Danone. Over the course of 24 months, FDP analysts will rotate through three different departments within finance to build a strong foundation in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, while also participating in trainings, and learning through mentorship opportunities.
Our Finance team works with teams across the company to ensure Danone continues to grow. By joining our Finance team, you will anticipate and evaluate the financial impact of decisions and find the right way forward.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively manage assigned projects and drive value for the organization. Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements and operating forecasts Perform Variance Analyses to assess P&L changes in sales, margin and expenses Assist with close responsibilities (i.e. perform journal entries, reconciliations, balance sheet flux analysis, detailed account analysis) Assist with monthly financial and management reporting packages.
About You
You are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a graduation date prior to July 2025 You have prior internship experience or work experience in a corporate environment. You demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams). You have excellent verbal and written communication skills You demonstrate strong and proven leadership potential. You have excellent attention to detail

The base compensation range for this position is $63,000-$73,000 commensurate with experience.
