Our Quality & Food Safety team makes sure everything Danone does is rooted in quality. We are currently looking to hire a Market Quality Performance Analyst based in Louisville, CO or White Plains, NY! This position reports to and work with the QFS Systems & Market Quality department of Danone North America and provides subject matter expertise on overall product quality performance from manufacturing to consumer use. The MQP Analyst is the primary support for NORAM's market quality analytics & programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This role will have responsibilities as part of the Market Quality Performance team, focused on key programs & processes. Candidate should have experience in Food & Beverage Quality Food Safety - Consumer Complaint Manageme Adept in IT/IS Solutions including: SAP Salesforce PowerBI SharePoint All other duties as assigned by any senior member of the Systems & Market Quality department The base compensation range for this position is $57,000 - $86,000 commensurate with experience. About You
Requirements: * College degree in science or related field * Minimum of two (2) years work experience in quality in CPG industry or Trade * Ability to create, analyze, and interpret complex data to provide recommendations * Team player with a focus on people and process to effectively drive results * Creative thinker with continuous improvement mindset * Excellent communicator both written and verbal with audiences across multiple levels * Must be adaptable and flexible
