Siena College Part Time Temporary Payroll Coordinator in Loudonville, New York

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for entering various types of employment and benefit paperwork accurately and timely into the payroll system. This would include but not limited to salary, benefits, withholding and direct deposits. This position is also responsible for the setup of non-exempt employees on Web Time Entry, the completion of student employment verifications, as well as providing administrative and project support to the Assistant Director and Director of Payroll.

Salary: $21.41/hour -not to exceed 29 hours per week

Job Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required and at least one to three years relevant experience preferred. Excellent analytical and organizational skills, effective interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to provide attention to detail. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google documents, BANNER and experience in a college or educational setting is preferred.

A background screening will be required.
