ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Model Based Systems Engineer to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD location . This is a 100% on-site position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapons systems

• Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation

• Applies systems engineering experience to perform system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management

• Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to requirements of military weapons systems, associated support systems, or management information systems

Basic Qualifications:

• A Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Science (MS) degree is required in Engineering or an Engineering Discipline

• 10+ years recent and relevant Systems Engineering experience with Model-Based Engineering/Digital Engineering applications and technology

• Experience using MBSE Tools, such as Cameo System Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architect, Teamwork Cloud, and Cameo Collaborator

• This position may require travel within the United States (less than 25%).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience with Navy MBSE applications

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Must have an active/current Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI eligibility

• U.S. Citizenship required

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers
