Job Duties:

• Pulling cable, pulling innerduct, dressing cables, labeling, fiber cleaning, etc. to industry and customer standards.

• Carry and load materials to be used on the job.

• Maintain professional appearance.

• Must be willing to work both outside and inside during the summer and winter months.

• Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested.

• Safety training as required by position.

• Wash and clean vehicles and equipment.

• Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed.

• Remedial online safety training.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Confined space experience or training.

• Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Must be able to pass pre-employment and continuing random background , drug, and MVR screenings.

Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Our client is working on a large expansion project in Los Lunas. These roles are contract-to-hire (CTH) and provide on-the-job training. This opportunity allows technicians with 0-5 years of experience to earn a competitive wage and potentially join as a full-time employee (FTE) of a company that values its employees. Work Environment: Outside Plant - Data Center expansion. This involves both outside and some inside plant work, construction, and safe data center practices.

We are in need of Outside Plant Technicians to work at a large data center in Los Lunas, NM. Fiber and outside work experience is highly desired. We are looking for individuals with strong attention to detail, a strong drive, and a solid work ethic.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00
