Overview

THE ROLE:

Responsible for assessing needs and opportunities, designing, implementing, overseeing and enhancing Herbalife's Key Account Relationship Management platform to deliver on strategies for engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.

  • Lead, as the business partner, the development and execution of CRM strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on increasing lifetime value and enhancing the distributor experience and company insights.

  • Manage the CRM platform, ensuring it is utilized effectively across the organization to capture and analyze customer interactions, feedback, and data.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Analytics and Technology teams to integrate the CRM strategies with content and campaigns, sales efforts, and technological enhancements.

  • Connects target content and retention programs to the platform, utilizing CRM data to personalize communication and offers, logs the interactions, and organizes data.

  • Analyze CRM metrics and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and the impact of CRM initiatives on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

  • Supports the development of the Key Account Management Program Center of Excellence

  • Coordinates with multiple stakeholders to leverage the platform for other business functionalities like recognition, training and insights.

  • Collaborates with Training & Development for the best practices on the platform, and with the Program Manager to make sure it delivers the proper programs.

  • Collaborates with a leads from all over the world to make sure the role and the platform supports the local needs.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

  • Digital department coordination: Work closely with Technology, AI and Business Analytics teams to ensure the CRM system's functionality aligns with user needs and business goals, including integration with other systems and data security.

  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with Program Management and Portfolio Management to leverage CRM insights for targeted campaigns based on trends and to measure the effectiveness of distributor strategies on customer engagement.

  • Sales Team Alignment: Ensure the Sales team is equipped with CRM tools and insights to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:

  • The team has a clear strategy to improve sales by strengthening relationships with key distributors through tailored solutions and support based on data-driven insights and CRM platform tools.

  • The team's key account managers provide one-on-one support to distributors, using analytics to bring insights and understanding their DMOs, finding opportunities, and looking to improve their business performance and goals.

  • The team's mission is to empower key distributors to achieve their full potential by providing personalized support and solutions based on data-driven insights and tools.

  • The team has strategic objectives to strengthen and sustain trust-based relationships with key distributors, collaborate with them to create and execute joint business plans, and mobilize resources to support their goals.

  • The team has programs like 'Growth Path' to help distributors achieve their next level in the marketing plan by providing personalized and data-driven guidance.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of sales, technology, strategy or data management experience.

  • Proficiency in technical functionality of analytics tools and platforms.

  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading analytics projects from conception to execution.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate needs from the field and negotiate the best pathway forward.

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.

  • The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of sales, technology, strategy or data management experience.
