UCLA Health Senior Project Manager in Los Angeles, California

In this high-profile position, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining a variety of enterprise-wide efforts and multi-faceted projects in support of change management programs and business process improvement efforts. You will leverage your project management and critical thinking skills to establish the scope of work and project plans; facilitate collaboration and communication between functional groups; manage project timelines and track goals; and coordinate activities with the project team and stakeholders. You will support departments to identify, assess and implement organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, communication tactics, and training to ensure the deployment of new programs. You will also apply change management methodologies to ensure alignment of short-term and long-term goals of each project. You will assist in streamlining existing projects and management of processes, procedures and guidelines by incorporating applicable best practices.
Salary Range: $78,800.00 - $175,000.00/Annually
Qualifications
We're seeking an independent, flexible and collaborative professional with:
Related Bachelor's degree required - Master's preferred
Five or more years of healthcare administrative or project management experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, required
Lean Six Sigma certification/experience preferred
Experience leading, facilitating, and implementing new programs/projects
Strong project management skills
Excellent data analysis and presentation abilities
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, database management and analysis
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and follow-through skills
Experience working with complex organizations to comply with regulatory requirements
Ability to thrive within an interdisciplinary team
Ability to define goals in an objectively and measurable fashion
Proven diplomacy, discretion, tact and sound judgment
Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate systems to improve efficiency
