UCLA Health Senior Manager of Program Marketing - Medicare Advantage in Los Angeles, California

shape the marketing strategies for UCLA Health's Medicare Advantage Plan.

impactful marketing initiatives and collaborate with key stakeholders to

advance our mission.

Reporting to the Director of Medicare Advantage Growth & Strategic Initiatives, you

will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing

strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing innovative marketing programs to promote UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plans.

  • Maintaining and producing marketing assets and coordinating campaigns and targeted communications to prospects and members.

  • Acting as the primary liaison between New Century Health Plan, UCLA Health Marketing & Communications, and the UCLA Faculty Practice Group.

  • Overseeing creative services and content production, including website management, social media, and video content.

  • Authoring ongoing content for the UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plan website and managing the routing of marketing assets for CMS approval.

  • Supervising a team dedicated to supporting the Medicare Advantage Growth Office

Salary Range: $92,600 - $202,200/annually Qualifications

We're looking for a passionate and experienced professional with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution is required

  • At least seven years of progressively responsible work experience, ideally within a health plan setting is required

  • A proven track record in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies

  • The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and engagingly

  • Experience working effectively with various stakeholders and clients in a collaborative environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization

  • The talent to translate business plans into actionable and strategic marketing initiatives

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

  • A knack for resolving conflicts through collaboration and advocacy

  • Experience in contributing to market research and competitive analysis

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a genuine ability to connect with others
