A career in our SAP Source to Pay practice, within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximise the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions.

In our Source to Pay team, you'll work with our clients to transform their procurement and sourcing function and processes by leveraging SAP applications to enhance their core transaction processing and reporting competencies ultimately strengthening their ability to support management decision making and corporate strategy.

Demonstrates an extensive proven record of success with consulting, designing, implementing and leading SAP Source to Pay solutions, including:

  • Leveraging consulting knowledge to assist clients in the implementation and support of SAP Source to Pay solutions with emphasis on designing, implementing, and improving business processes;

  • Leading the SAP Source to Pay workstream while having experience with at least three full Source to Pay implementations with a focus onsupply chain focused procurement, material and inventory management;

  • Leading S/4 Hana, SCC and Ariba implementations from planning to configuration through go-live (Buying and Invoicing (B&I), Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC);

  • Buying and Invoicing, Strategic Sourcing, Commerce automation and Supply Chain Collaboration);

  • Understanding the common issues facing clients who provide products and services within one or more of the following sectors: pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biopharmaceuticals, or life sciences;

  • Understanding of Life Sciences regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GxP) and experience implementing SAP solutions with computer system validation;

  • Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; and,

  • Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
