Aston Carter Remote Customer Service in Los Angeles, California

Duration: 6 months

Work hours: 7:30 am to 4 pm or 9:30 am to 6 pm

Description:

The operations specialist will be handling all data entry for resident information regarding the new increase in utilities for the city of los angeles. They will be training downtown LA for 2 weeks and then will be remote. They will be provide equipment and all data entry will be done in excel and googlesheets.

· The City of Los Angeles

(city) is in the process of mailing out about 1 million information cards to

the city residence regarding the planed sewer rate adjustment.

· The city is expecting

the public to call if they have questions or need more information on the

planned rate adjustment.

· The role of the Operations

Specialist is to answer the calls from the public and provide them with

additional information and answer their questions.

· After each call, the Operation

Specialist will document the caller information and their question in a format

to be provided by the city, such as google or excel spreadsheet.

· All calls will be

received and answered on-line. The call documentation will also be done online.

· The City will train the

specilaists for a duration of about 2 weeks on how to log-in to the system, how

to answer the call, answers to all potential questions, and when to escalate to

a supervisor.
