Description

We are in search of a Receptionist to be based in Los Angeles, California.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and transfer calls on a multi-line phone system, ensuring efficient communication within the organization

• Accept, sort, and distribute mail to the appropriate individuals or departments

• Maintain up-to-date phone lists for the organization

• Handle additional projects as assigned by the management, demonstrating versatility and adaptability

• Safeguard sensitive and confidential documents and information, demonstrating a high level of integrity and discretion

• Communicate effectively with managers and clients regarding job or deadline issues

• Leverage skills in Gmail and other communication platforms to facilitate smooth operations

• Utilize experience in banking operations to support administrative tasks

• Apply knowledge of hiring processes, when necessary, to support the HR department

• Perform receptionist duties accurately, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and switchboard operations

• Ability to answer, transfer calls, and manage phone presence with professionalism

• Experience with receptionist duties and hiring processes

• Ability to offer perks and benefits information to employees and visitors

• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
