The Opportunity

Under general guidance, uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to coordinate, monitor and assist in the implementation of open issues and other regulatory matters as assigned. General guidelines are provided to perform a variety of tasks with some decision-making responsibility. Recommends solutions to moderately complex problems. Regular contact with internal and external customers is required to obtain, clarify or provide facts and information.

The Responsibilities

• Takes responsibility for managing projects with minimal oversight and proactively asks for direction when needed

• Manages multiple matters at the same time, including several dozen separate stakeholders, deliverables and due dates

• Maintains a list of applicable stakeholders in each line of business, updates as necessary

• Schedules meetings with applicable stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are provided timely, answers questions as needed

• Takes meeting notes and saves them in a shared drive

• Provides meeting minutes to all stakeholders immediately following meetings

• Provides weekly leadership updates

• Follows up with stakeholders to obtain deliverables in advance of deadlines

• Communicates any concerns about the possibility of missing deadlines with enough notice to resolve before the deadline

The Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience, particularly with high visibility and high-stakes projects

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint; must be able to produce neat and error-free PowerPoint presentations on a regular basis, with minimal oversight

• Familiarity with SharePoint and using shared files in SharePoint

• Extensive experience leading calls with numerous stakeholders at the leadership level, including managing stakeholders with competing interests

• Strong writing skills; ability to produce notes that are error-free, grammatically correct, and factually accurate with minimal revision or oversight

• Familiarity with bank regulation, including the three lines of defense model, controls, etc.

• Experience working on regulatory matters (exams, enforcement actions, MRAs, etc.) is a plus

• Bachelors Degree preferred

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $99.51/hour - $106.68/hour
