Part Time Registered Nurse for Medical Spa

Skin Health Experts Medical Corp. is seeking a part time Registered Nurse to join our Kate Somerville Skin Health Experts Clinic in Los Angeles. We are looking for a motivated individual that has a passion for the aesthetic industry, with laser and injectable experience in a medi-spa or cosmetic/plastic surgery setting, and excellent customer service skills.

The candidate must be available for 2-3 days per week and will be expected to work on weekends.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Perform medical aesthetic procedures according to our established clinical policies and protocol and under the direction of our Medical Director

• Signing charts & preforming consults

• Cosmetic medical procedures including: Laser Genesis, Morpheus, Sciton, Micro-needling, Advanced Peels, AquaGold and Dermaplaning.

• May perform injections and filler treatments with Botox, Dysport, RHA, Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma.

• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of skin and underlining skin structures.

• Contribute to safe and positive client experience, while adhering to our strict client confidentiality policy.

• Educate clients as to treatment specifics, after care instruction and maintenance.

• Maintain accurate client treatment logs and efficient documentation.

• Conduct client consultations prior to treatment offered within our Medical Skin Clinic.

• Participate in cross marketing as well as other sales events.

• Participate in staff meetings, and seminars for skin care, injections, and laser treatments.

• Complete other tasks as delegated by the Medical Director and General Manager

  Skills, Experience and Education Required

• Must have an active RN license for the State of California

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in aesthetics field, working with lasers and injectables

• Must be available to work on weekends

• Current CPR certification

The expected base salary range for this position is $35/hour to $60/hour. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
