THE ROLE
The Non-Profit Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and management of non-profit group sourcing, recruiting, contracting, scheduling and time keeping. The position is responsible for consistently finding new and creative ways to attract non-profit groups in support of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Recruit non-profit organizations (NPOs) to staff food and beverage locations
Verify NPOs meet all criteria
Coordinate training schedules for NPO volunteers and deliver training on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation
Engages regularly with staff and NPOs providing a high level of customer service
Collaborate with hiring manager to prepare staffing strategy for existing and future needs
Ensure NPOs follow company policies on guest service and technical training
Assist with check-in and check-out for non-profit volunteers and Legends associates on event days
Schedule and supervise NPO groups on event days
Track and organize non-profit group contracts
Prepare event day reports including staff by location, POS log in information, and venue logistics
Prepare all security badges and necessary credentials for event day
Prepare concessions and non-profit group productivity reports after each event
Assist with commission compensation reports
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous work experience with non-profit and/or recruiting preferred
Staffing/Scheduling Experience is a plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service and employee relations skills
Basic math skills

COMPENSATION:
$21.00
