Meta Marketing Insights Researcher in Los Angeles, California
Summary:
This role will support our Go-To-Market and Marketing strategy for new device launches in the Reality Labs Metaverse organization. It will have a direct hand in shaping and informing the strategy for bringing new-to-the-world Virtual Reality and Mixed Reality devices that provide exciting experiences to consumers.

Marketing Insights Researcher Responsibilities:
Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research to support decision-making, strategic planning and shape marketing/brand strategies, campaign development, product development, retail/channel strategy
Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations
producing highly effective communication that motivates people to apply learnings in marketing and across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of research experience. In-depth understanding of qualitative and quantitative research, with a proven track record of applying them in a business context to inform decision-making.
Marketing Experience: Proven experience in shaping insights-driven marketing campaigns and product launches from definition to execution, with a focus on shaping strategy, driving alignment, and delivering business outcomes.
Resourceful: can spot ambiguity and ask questions to resolve the issue or how to navigate.
Effective communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of delivering concise syntheses to influence business decisions and strategies.

2+ years experience with tech hardware marketing research including go-to-market strategies and execution, with in-depth knowledge on how to build/implement launch strategies for new-to-market products
Experience working with Product Marketing, Product Designers, Product Managers in cross-functional manner
Demonstrated experience with agile decision-making in a fast-paced environment
Public Compensation:
$103,000/year to $162,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
