A laid-back civil litigation firm with a serious track record is looking for a rockstar Legal Assistant (5+ years of experience) to join their awesome team.

The Gig:

• Be a partner-in-crime (the legal kind) to our attorneys, handling all things civil litigation from intake to trial.

• Research like a champ, draft legal docs with flair (motions, pleadings, discovery – the whole shebang), and keep cases organized electronically.

• Talk the talk with clients, witnesses, and court folks – clear communication is key.

• Master of the calendar? We need you! Deadlines, case tasks, and court rules – you'll keep us on track.

• When it's crunch time, whip up trial exhibits and presentations that wow.

You're a Perfect Fit If:

• You've got 5+ years rocking the civil litigation scene as a Legal Assistant.

• Legal procedures and lingo are second nature to you.

• Research, writing, and communication? You do it in your sleep (well, maybe not literally).

• Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases (Westlaw, LexisNexis) are your best friends.

• Organization is your middle name, and juggling tasks is your superpower.

• You can work independently and collaboratively (think high-fives, not elbows).

• Deadlines don't faze you, and you thrive in a fast-paced (but still chill) environment.
