A well-established civil litigation firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join their growing team. This firm a collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth and a flexible schedule to promote work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of civil litigation cases, including intake, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial matters.

• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery requests, etc.), and manage case timelines.

• Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.

• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and opposing counsel.

• Manage calendars, deadlines, and case budgets.

• Prepare and manage exhibits for trial.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in civil litigation.

• Proven experience in legal research, writing, and case management.

• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and legal terminology.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• A flexible schedule is available for this position.
