About this role:
This position is for a dedicated sales resource to cover the Agribusiness Specialized Industry Vertical. The expectations of this role will be to lead the specialized industries coverage strategy
In this role, you will:
- Deliberate engagement with Specialized Industries business lines in Agribusiness:Develop strategies to grow businessProvide support to RM’s, BDO’s, and key stakeholdersEnhance existing relationshipsProvide potential entry points to new relationshipsShare market intelligence to provide a better client experienceMarket opportunity sizingProvide accountability for coverageDevelop Industry and client goalsRegularly report on progressLeverage market expertise, existing at WFEF and WFBEffectively manage client relationships through cyclicality in Specialized IndustriesBe proactive with product opportunitiesEquip WFB RM's and BDO’s with relevant and industry specific marketing materialProvide leads based on market data when appropriate/available
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of secured or specialized lending sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Equipment finance experience in Agribusiness
Market growth strategy experience
This position is for a dedicated sales resource to cover the Agribusiness Specialized Industry Vertical. The expectations of this role will be to lead the specialized industries coverage strategy as follows:
Achieve funded volume in excess of $75 million on an annual basis with a target mix of loans to leases of 70/30.
Deliberate engagement with Specialized Industries business lines in Agribusiness:
Develop strategies to grow business
Provide support to RM’s, BDO’s, and key stakeholders
Enhance existing relationships
Provide potential entry points to new relationships
Share market intelligence to provide a better client experience
Market opportunity sizing
Provide accountability for coverage
Develop Industry and client goals
Regularly report on progress
Leverage market expertise, existing at WFEF and WFB
Effectively manage client relationships through cyclicality in Specialized Industries
Be proactive with product opportunities
Equip WFB RM's and BDO’s with relevant and industry specific marketing material
Provide leads based on market data when appropriate/available
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
