Job Description

As a Tenant Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction within our construction projects. You'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for coordinating tenant services, managing build-outs, and maintaining strong relationships with our tenants. If you have a passion for construction, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to exciting development projects, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

Tenant Coordination:

Collaborate with a team of 2 to oversee tenant services, from zoning approvals to construction completion.

Manage the build-out process for 60 tenants, ensuring timely progress from pre-design to occupancy.

Coordinate with tenants, architects, and contractors to address any issues or concerns

Construction Knowledge:

Utilize your construction expertise to assess tenant spaces and identify necessary improvements.

Prepare bids for smaller Tenant Improvement projects.

Review lease agreements and construction plans to ensure compliance.

Skills and Requirements

Architectural or Construction Background:

You may be a recent college graduate with a degree in architecture, construction management, or related fields.

Passion for working in the real estate development industry.

Experience:

Previous experience with a general contractor (GC) or developer is advantageous.

Junior project management background is desirable.

Ambitious and Detail-Oriented:

Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Excel for creating and managing spreadsheets.

Familiarity with Procore (or similar construction management software).

Ability to maintain detailed documentation throughout projects. null
