Title: IT Help Desk Technician

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Requirements

  • Implemented processes and procedures

  • Manage targets and KPIs for Help desk

  • Setup, configured and on-going management of reports for Help desk.

  • Reports dashboard

  • Handling tickets and advanced customer queries

  • First point for escalations

  • Developing & troubleshooting. Layer 1-3 topologies
