Requirements
Implemented processes and procedures
Manage targets and KPIs for Help desk
Setup, configured and on-going management of reports for Help desk.
Reports dashboard
Handling tickets and advanced customer queries
First point for escalations
Developing & troubleshooting. Layer 1-3 topologies
