Job Purpose and Impact
The Food Sales - Account Manager will participate in face to face and remote selling to the company's new and existing customers, selling directly or indirectly through various sales channels. In this role, you will help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions.
Key Accountabilities
Development and delivery of sales proposals and conducting detailed presentations for effective product demonstration.
Build a business plan for each account developing strong client relationships.
Plan daily activities, including customer visits and establish quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve.
Follow market and competition evolution, relaying information to senior staff.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Achieve sales targets by managing assigned accounts
Closely monitor the customer relationship for continuous value creation and optimization.

Short Description
Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 per year. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Proficiency with MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
Ability to travel up to 30% (occasional overnight travel and weekends)
CRM experience (Salesforce or related systems)
Preferred Qualifications
Food Industry experience
Sales experience (presentation skills)
