Description

The Financial Services Supervisor is responsible for processing

and servicing a variety of operational, personnel, and financial transactions

and services. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

cashiering, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing,

recharge billing, travel / entertainment, gift accounting, collections, data

collection and data entry, analysis, review and control, customer servicing,

and reporting.

Salary offers are determined based on final candidate

qualifications and experience. The full salary range for this position is

$64,800.00 - $137,600.00.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.

• Thorough knowledge of financial transactions and financial systems.

• Proficiency in use of spreadsheet and database software.

• Interpersonal skills, service orientation, active listening, critical thinking, ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment, organizational skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures.

• Ability to manage changing priorities and manage staff time/efforts accordingly.

• Intermediate knowledge and understanding of internal control practices and their impact on protecting University resources.
