Description

A CPA firm is looking for a File Clerk to complete a large filing project. You will be responsible for categorizing boxes, cataloging the inventory, and filing employee records and confidential documents. Robert Half is looking for an organized candidate with high attention to detail. This project should take about two months to complete, and you will be required to work onsite in West LA. The hours are flexible and hourly pay is up to $25/hr.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in performing clerical duties

• Ability to manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital

• Familiarity with paper filing systems and procedures

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures

• Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• High level of discretion in handling confidential information

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
